We want you to be completely satisfied with your CloudWalk™ Invisible Forefoot Pads. However, as this is a personal hygiene product, we have strict guidelines to ensure the safety and health of all our customers.
30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original, unopened packaging.
*Hygiene Clause:* Because our forefoot pads are worn directly inside shoes and against the skin, we strictly cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, tried on, or used due to sanitary reasons.
Damaged or Defective Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@walkcloud.shop with clear photos or videos of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by issuing a free replacement or a refund.
How to Start a Return
Do not send your purchase back to the sender's address on the package. To start a return, you must contact us first at support@walkcloud.shop. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a specific return address and instructions.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
