Shipping Policy


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.


Estimated Shipping Times

We partner with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. Because your items are shipped from our international fulfillment centers, delivery times may vary.

  • Standard International Shipping: 7 to 15 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the tracking portal to update with the first scan. You can track your order directly on our Track Your Order page.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

CloudWalk™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Lost or Stolen Packages

CloudWalk™ is not liable for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked the shipment as "Delivered" to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking states your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
